To subscribe to any of our products, please do the following:

1. Sign up using the contact form here or browse our products here and select the one you need, then click the Place Order button.
2. Make sure to provide at least 3 options for the domain name that you want to be registered for your website.
3. Send us via our email [email protected] or [email protected] your proof of payment using the email you registered with us. We require as initial payment the amount for the first six months of subscription as stated in the product you have selected. Succeeding payments after the 6th month can be made monthly.
4. Upon confirmation from us, you will be sent an email containing the details on how you can update your website's contents. This will take no more than an hour once your chosen domain has been successfully registered.

You can change your subscription package and the data you have so far encoded in your previous package will be retained and/or copied to the new package. We will need at most 24 hours to make the conversion.

The text and images found in the various pages of the website can be modified and updated by your assigned administrator account. Each editable text is provided with a link to edit, while each image that may be replaced is provided with a link to upload the new image. These links only appear when an administrator account is logged in.

The layout can be selected only upon your selection of the package. We can accomodate customization of layouts beyond the original chosen design for additional minimal cost. We will need at least 24 hours to do any customization.

As with the choice of layout and design, the color scheme of your chosen package is determined upon your selection of the package when you first subscribe. We can accomodate customization of the color scheme after the original selection has been finalized for additional minimal cost.

Our content management system has been designed to be as simple as possible to require no further skills from the users other than how to navigate around a website. If you need instructions though, please feel free to email us and we shall provide you with step by step instructions.

We perform backup of databases on a daily basis every 17:00 hours. We can provide you with copies upon request.

Our contract is the End User License Agreement (EULA) that you will have to digitally sign - by acknowledging you have read it - prior to us setting up your website.

There is virtually no limit to the number of records you can encode. You may be well advised though to keep only those that you are actively selling as it is expected for a database query to run slower the more there are records to search from. There is of course a limit to the total hard disk space that all your records can occupy. This is specified in the product you have selected.

As the service we are providing our clients is not primarily email, we are restricting the size of each inbox to a maximum of 1G.
